 Are guest allowed in the hotel room?

Guests are allowed to visit the room only until 10 pm. However, for an overnight stay the additional guest will be charge an additional Php 500.oo for an extra bed.

 Do you have onsite laundry service?

Yes, we do. Laundry services are chargeable by the article of clothing. Simply dial 0 to reach front desk for more information and assistance on this matter.

 Are there minibars in the room?

The hotel offers a complimentary basket upon check-in to all our guest. The complimentary basket is  consists of chips, candies sweets, and bottled drinks.  If you want anything you can call our staff or simply you can go to the second floor of the hotel where minibar are is located.

 Are extra beds available?

Yes, we offer extra beds should you require one. These are available depending on the room category, our offer starts at Php 500 per person for an overnight stay.

 Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?

We do not have especially made rooms for PWD. At the same time , Skyline View Hotel is only accessible by stairs. In contrast to that , our rooms are spacious enough to accommodate persons with disabilities and senior citizens.

 Is there a fitness center?

No, we do not have a fitness center available in our hotel. However, guest who wish to go to a fitness center can visit a nearby gym.

 What airports are nearby?

 Skyline View Hotel is just a mere 55.3 km. or 1 hour and 10 minutes’ drive from Legaspi City Domestic Airport via a car.

 Where are you located?

Our hotel is located along the bustling Magsaysay Street in the heart of Sorsogon City . We are  accessible to  the city’s key location and sites, including shopping malls, church, schools, public market, Sorsogon Provincial Museum, and City Park.

 Does the online rate include breakfast?

All of our room category includes  a free breakfast.  However, our free breakfast may vary upon the room type  that you will avail.  All rates can be accessed here.

 Our direct online rate is slightly different from online travel agencies such as  booking.com, TripAdvisor.com, travelbook.ph, trivago.com and etc,.

 Can I book on someone else’s behalf?

Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. For guests who wish to book on the hotel must follow the payment method.

 What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept cash as payment.

 Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

We are sorry, but   not all pets are allowed inside the hotel.   Only pets who have their own cages are allowed in our hotel.

 Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?

 Security deposit are not required.   Moreover, guests will   be asked to pay upon check-in .Should there be an additional charges it will be collected upon check-out.

 Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but keep in mind that  there is a condition about cancellation of reservation. To find out more about cancellations and refunds click here.

 Do you offer parking slot for hotel guests?

Yes, but parking space is subject to availability. One (1) parking slot per room is allowed for registered hotel guests.

 Can I change my room type upon check-in?

Yes, but such requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges, and rate difference at the time of check-in especially if its peak season.

 Can I store my bag?

Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. Skyline View hotel reserves to right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.

 Do you allow early check in and late check-out?

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honored but subject to availability. We follow a 24 hour  duration  for check-in.  This privilege is also extended to guests who book directly with us. Applicable charges will be billed for exceeding hours. Furthermore, an hourly rate  will be different for every room category.

 What time can I check-in and check-out?

 Our hotel is open 24/7 anytime you can check- in and check-out.

 Do kids stay free?

Yes, kids 10 years old and below are allowed to stay free-of-charge. The number of kids may vary depending on the room type.

 Are smoking rooms available?

We are sorry, but Skyline View Hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking areas. For our guest’s comfort, there are designated smoking areas available at the hotel rooftop” Grill.”
